Kiruna's Brightest, Rebecca, to Strenghten Dyve in Tech Strategy and Program Management

We're excited to share that Rebecca has officially become a part of our Dyve family!
Her extensive experience in tech strategy development, program and project management, combined with her contagious positive attitude, promises significant contributions to both Dyve and our clients.
Rebecca was born and raised in Kiruna, and (perhaps that's why) she has a passion for tropical islands. She brings experience from her role as a manager at Sofigate and a Master of Science degree from Linköping University.

Why did you join Dyve?
I joined Dyve to be part of a small, fast-growing company with sky-high ambitions. I’m excited about contributing to a culture that truly promotes teamwork and has great opportunities for personal and professional growth.
What´s your dream assignment?
Leading a project in a challenging environment, working closely with my colleagues and customers to make a real impact and deliver lasting value.
What's the most interesting place you've ever visited?
Will never forget celebrating my birthday amongst the Moai statues in Easter Island, Chile – so cool!
What skills do you bring to the table?
I bring a blend of people skills, positivity, and a can-do mindset – excelling in building trust and strong client relationships. With experience in leading various technology transformations, my curiosity and strategic thinking ensure swift and adaptable solutions.
What's the craziest thing on your bucket list?
How cool wouldn’t it be to join Robinson? The adventure, making new friends and perhaps getting that elusive tan. Personal item? Cards against humanity.
What achievement are you most proud of so far?
Completing a Swedish Women’s Classic! Turns out, transforming into an all-season, all-reason athlete is as exciting as it is exhausting.
