We’re happy to welcome Olivia Persson Hedin to team Dyve!
Bringing extensive experience from her time at Scania Group and Knowit, Olivia has a proven track record of driving sustainable transformation. Her combination of management consulting expertise and hands-on leadership makes her a key addition to our team. Olivia’s strategic vision, along with her practical approach to execution, will benefit us in delivering greater value to our clients.
Olivia is also an adventurer at heart. One of her most memorable experiences? A spontaneous visit to a ceramics shop in the mountains of Japan, where she got to see the craft up close, sip matcha, and hear local stories.
We’re thrilled to have Olivia on board, so let’s give her a warm welcome to Dyve!
Why did you join Dyve?
"Normally when I decide whether to embark on a new journey, I weigh pros and cons and ask my gut feeling for advice. I know it sounds fake, but after meeting a couple of the Dyvers I could only identify pro's and my gut feeling said I should hurry to join the team.
Dyve manages to attract the most interesting clients and sharp colleagues, which creates an exciting and fast-paced atmosphere.”
What skills do you bring to the table?
"My background in consulting and line management allows me to see both the strategic and operational sides of change. I focus on sustainable transformation, aligning vision with execution. Whether it's strategy, tech implementation, or leadership, I aim to create environments where people perform at their best, increasing long-term success.”

"A manager once told me, 'I've got your back', and that support gave me the confidence to take risks, push my limits and tackle challenges. Now, I strive to provide that same support to build innovative teams that push boundaries.”
