With his strong attention to details and truly being a relentless learner, Joel quickly grasps complex problems and understands the customer’s challenges with ease. His ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions will be a great asset to Dyve, strengthening our team’s capacity to deliver tailored, high-impact transformations for our clients.

Oh, and did we mention? Outside of work, Joel is just as passionate about music as he is about technology. Whether he’s mastering a new guitar riff or spinning tracks as a DJ, his creativity and drive are always on full display!

"Focus on the problem, not the tools. It reminds me that while technology is important, truly understanding the challenges people face is what leads to the best solutions. Simple advice, but it's stuck with me.”

"I'd love to work on a project where I could somehow blend my passion for music and ERP. Maybe designing a system for a major guitar manufacturer - helping them manage their operations while keeping everything in tune.”
